About Us

In 1974, our sole business was manufacturing barge wires for a few area towboat companies in Paducah, Kentucky. We had only four employees and operated in a small building not much larger than a two-car garage.

Today, Paducah is still our home. But we now have three other branches from which we service our customers: Reserve, Louisiana, just outside of New Orleans; Greenville, Mississippi, in the heart of the Delta; and East St. Louis, Illinois, just across the river from St. Louis, Missouri. As a result, our geographic service area includes most of the continental United States and our personal delivery area encompasses most of the eastern United States.

We still manufacture barge wires for area towboat companies (making daily riverfront deliveries with rigging and supplies) but this is no longer our sole business. First and foremost, we are a full service rigging company: we carry a full-line of fabricated wire rope slings, chain slings, nylon slings, tie downs, barge and winch wires, crane wires with fittings, logging chokers, and many other related products----ALL custom-made to your specifications.

We also carry a full inventory of wire rope hardware and fittings, soft rope, deck fittings, ratchets, load binders, winches and more. We offer customers the choice of import lines for nearly all of these products, and are licensed distributors for the most reputed domestic manufactures in our business.

Furthermore, with the 1999 addition of Paducah Rigging and Industrial Supply, in Greenville, Mississippi, we offer customers a full line of industrial, marine, and commercial supplies. From this warehouse we supply everything from safety equipment, filters, batteries and paint---to pipe fittings, gasket material, hoses, and Perko lights, plus much more.

Whatever your wire rope, hardware, or industrial needs, we can supply it. We are a bigger company than we once were, but our goals remain intact: to supply quality products at competitive prices, with the fastest response time possible.
